Admissions Policy

If you are thinking of attending Commsverse, please make sure you review our admissions policy.

  • We are a ticketed event only. Attendees will be required to purchase a valid ticket to gain entry to the event. Tickets are available to purchase prior to the event. Ticket purchases on the day(s) of the event will incur a £30 premium on top of the normal price to cover additional food and drinks.
  • Attendees, Exhibitors and Speakers will be issued with a badge that must be worn at all times within the venue.
  • Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted to attend the venue due to health and safety restrictions.
  • Commsverse Ltd does not permit attendees to canvas the event, make sales or hand out promotional material. Failure to comply could end up with you being asked to leave the event.
  • Commsverse Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to the event or require to leave the event to anyone who fails to comply with our admission policy or code of conduct.
  • Commsverse advises all attendees to take a COVID-19 lateral flow test prior to attending the event. However, this is not mandatory and neither is vaccination. Attendees agree to attend the event at their own risk.
  • Photography and filming at the venue is permitted as long as you do not feature any members of the public or venue staff
  • When you allow your badge to be scanned at Commsverse by an Official exhibitor, you are consenting to provide business card data to the exhibitor. You are also consenting to their own data privacy terms and conditions. If you would like to review their policy, please request a copy directly from the exhibitor prior to consenting.
  • Please note that Commsverse and its exhibitors will use the legal basis of ‘legitimate interest’ to contact you directly after the event. If you do not wish to receive legitimate interest communications, please email [email protected] with your preferences.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements to/from the event. In the event of event postponement or cancellation, Commsverse will not be responsible for refunding these costs.
  • Commsverse Ltd reserves the right to cancel any purchased ticket if it has reason to believe that person is attending with the intention of breaching this policy. If this is the case, you will be notified by e-mail with an explanation and your ticket refunded.
