WOW! What an incredible year 2023 is turning out to be for Commsverse. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect to see the level of support this year. Commsverse turns 4 years old this month, and this is our 3rd year in-person. In 3 years, we have see our little event grow from 30 sponsors to 52 and 150 attendees to 500 in that time. What is remarkable, according to data currently, most of you are coming to our event through recommendation, rather than our marketing efforts. We are so proud and humbled that you all feel our event is worth talking about as well as attending. Thank you.
With all that, here is what you need to know to get yourself prepared.
Venue Information & Parking
Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL. This is where Commsverse is. There is free parking on site, but please do not park in the dealer car park. Take the first exit on the roundabout immediately in front of the venue building, following the signs for the Brooklands Museum. The event car park is location on the old Brooklands circuit opposite the main entrance on the left hand side of the road as you drive towards the museum.
Opening hours for the venue and the event are from 8:00am.
Due to the location of the venue and the reliance on the M25, please anticipate at least 1 hour delay to your journey. Set off well in advance, or travel the night before if possible. Our sessions do not start on Wednesday until 9:15am to give you some additional time to get to the venue.
Badge Collection / Registration
You can collect your badge for the event from the registration desks located on the middle floor by the exploded F1 car exhibit.
Please ensure that you have your ticket QR code ready to scan for the speediest check-in process. Having your ticket in hand means your check-in process will take less than 10 seconds. Without it, will take a lot longer.
With over 600 people coming, you will help us get through the queues quickly and efficiently if you have this on your phone, or printed on paper.
Agenda and Sessions
Please download the event app from https://justattend.com/app and sign in with your email and password you created when purchasing your ticket.
Once you do this, you can use the app to browse the sessions on offer and add them to your personal agenda plan. You can also do this on our mobile friendly website http://jstatt.link/cv23
Session Feedback
Speakers thrive off knowing they have done a good job. Help them understand how they can improve by leaving feedback on their session using the mobile app.
Food, Drinks & Socials
Food and drinks are included with your ticket. We have breakfast between 8am and 9:15am both days. Lunch is provided both days. There is an afternoon break and evening socialiser on the Wednesday 21st. Drinks will be available all day and there are water coolers in every session room.
The socialiser begins at 5pm on the 21st. We have various activities going on, but plan to leave by 7pm. Lego building, F1 simulators and of course a free bar to wind down after a long day of learning.
Note: The free bar is only free until our tab runs out. Everyone should be able to have at least 1 drink or more on it. After the tab has been used, the bar will turn to cash and you are welcome to buy your own.
