By Car

Travelling by car, please use the postcode KT13 0SL in your satellite navigation system. When you arrive at the venue, please take the first exit on the mini roundabout in front of the main car park and follow the road around to the overflow car park.

Important Travel Advice

The venue is located south of Heathrow on the M25. This stretch of motorway, particularly anti-clockwise can get very congested between the hours of 7:30am and 9:30am that can add at least an hour to your journey. We have also been affected by the Extinction Rebellion protests last year which further exacerbated the problem. We recommend that anyone travelling by car to travel the night before and stay at a hotel, or leave with ample time to reach the venue for 9:30am.

By Train

If you are planning on travelling to the venue by train there are direct rail services from London Waterloo Station that run on regular basis to Weybridge or West Byfleet Station.

Depending on the train you catch, this journey will take approx. 25 minutes. Weybridge station is approx. 1-mile from the venue and West Byfleet is approx. 2.5 miles. Both stations have a taxi rank and Uber operates in the area,

Please check times and plan your route on the Transport for London Website https://tfl.gov.uk

If you’d like to book a Taxi, these local firms maybe able to help you:

By Air

The venue is approximately equidistant from London Heathrow and London Gatwick International Airports. Public transport from the Airports is available, although involves many different stops and changes. It can be a little overwhelming for people unsure about how the London transport system works.

The transfer time by car is approximately 30-45 minutes. Taxis can be expensive at around £80 per journey if you do not pre-book your transport.

Pre-Booking your taxi can save you a lot of money. Using booking websites you can book a transfer for around £50.00

If you’re able to and confident enough to drive in a foreign country, the most effective option may be to hire a car from the Airport. Sixt, Avis and Enterprise rentals operate directly from Heathrow and you may be able to hire a car for the duration of your stay from about £100.00. Remember, the UK drive’s on the Left!
