Check-in

Check-in for the event opens from 8am on the 29th and 30th June. Sessions will begin from 9:30am.

Registration including badge collection will take place on the 1st floor adjacent to the exhibition floor. It will be clearly sign posted.

This year we are operating a self service check-in procedure, so it is important that you have your ticket available. Please ensure you have your digital ticket, either as an e-mail or visible on the mobile app in preparation.

To check-in, walk up to the kiosks and follow the instructions. The kiosk will ask you to show your ticket QR code to the camera. On successful validation of your ticket, your badge will be printed.

If you need to download the mobile app, you can do so here

To access your ticket, build your agenda and connect with your fellow attendees, we recommend that you download the official conference app for FREE

You do not need to check-in both days. Once you have your badge, please ensure you wear it at all times at the venue.

Covid

We are aware that people’s feelings towards Covid are highly emotive and that whatever our policy states is likely to cause some form of distress to some people. We, like every other business are trying our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

As it currently stands within the UK, the Government are requiring us to enforce conditions of entry to all in attendance

The person may be permitted entry to the event if one of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The person is ‘fully’ vaccinated – at the current point the term ‘fully’ means 2 doses of UK approved vaccine
  • The person shows evidence of a negative PCR or Lateral Flow test no older than 24 hours before the event

Please note that at current times, proof of natural immunity is not a valid option for entry.

How to prove your status?

For UK attendees you can download your COVID pass using the NHS App. Please make sure you do this no sooner than 13 days before the event.

For International Attendees, please bring with you the international equivalents as accepted by the UK Border Agency

Proof of PCR / LFT negative test result, please show evidence of the SMS or E-mail Confirmation message you received after registering your result.

What if I Test Positive?

If you test positive for COVID-19 in your pre-attendance test, you must not travel to the event and instead follow the guidance in effect at the time from your Government. We won’t be able to offer you a refund on your ticket at this late stage, but we will offer you a free ticket to our 2023 conference.

Is there any Social Distancing at the Event?

Unless required by law, there will be no social distancing enforced by the event. There will be ample space to self distance if you feel the need to.

Is there mask wearing at the Event?

Currently, it is a legal requirement to wear a mask when walking around and sitting down in the venue without eating. If this law is relaxed by UK Government, the event will also relax these rules to conform with law.
