At Commsverse 2020, we will be launching four independent learning tracks you can choose from. Each track will have 5 sessions per day, so 10 sessions in total! To get the best out of Commsverse, you will be able to create your own session agenda using our dedicated conference mobile app so that you can be sure to create an agenda that you want!

Our four learning tracks are:

Our Communications track is dedicated to Teams enterprise communications. This includes; enterprise voice (Contact Center, Cloud PSTN Calling, Direct Routing and hosted voice solutions), Device management and deployment, Integration with your legacy telephony, as well as Call Quality reporting and diagnosing.

This track is essential to anyone who is considering deploying Teams voice services who need to understand the “what works and what doesn’t” so that they can plan for a successful deployment.


The Collaboration track will include sessions on document architecture, teamwork (such as co-authoring), Document / Team security and also Video based collaboration. We will have sessions on Microsoft Teams Room System deployment and usage as well as Cloud Video Interop services.

If you’re looking to deploy a secure Teams infrastructure and promote video and interoperability, then this track is one you don’t want to miss out on.


The Administration track will cover all the aspects of Teams administration, from the Teams Admin Center, PowerShell deployment / management, provisioning, keeping track of your Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes (MACD) with a few handy tips on designing a successful configuration to meet your user’s persona requirements.

This track is essential to the future Teams Administrator!


Our Automation track will cover Bots, Microsoft Flow, Azure Run Books and combining automation tools in Azure and Office 365 to streamline business processes using Teams to help transform your organisation and extract the full potential out of Teams.

If you want to know how to use Flow with Teams to perform self service support or provisioning requests with approval flows and integrate with other business apps you have, then the automation track is for you!

All our tracks will be delivered by expert speakers who have real world experience of deployment, management and automation. We aim to deliver a mixture of introductory and deep dive, technical sessions so that you leave Commsverse brimming with new found knowledge!
