This session explains the basics of Power Virtual Agents, the use cases and shows a quick Bot creation from a non-developer. We will see in a live demo how to create this bot, learn some tips and tricks about the settings and how to add flows into you own bot. This bot will be available in Microsoft afterwards, to enable the whole company using this new way to work.
